TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No purchase or online subscription is necessary to enter. This contest is only open to legal residents of the continental United States of America. By entering into the thegolfgifts.com giveaway, you agree to abide by and be subject to all of the Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY

Winner must be at least 18 years old at the time of the drawing. Winner must sign the eligibility certificate and Release Form that includes, but is not limited to (1) a liability release, and (2) grant of license to use winner's name/likeness for commercial purposes.

ENTRY

For all internet entries, you must submit your official online entry form and must have an operating e-mail address at time of entry. Any entries not received by thegolfgifts.com on or before the last Monday of the month will not be eligible for the monthly drawing. For all mail entries, you may also enter by mailing your name, e-mail address (if any), mailing address, phone number, on a 3 _" x 5" stamped postcard to:

Online entries must be received by the last Monday of the month. Mail entries must be received by the last Monday of the month. Regardless of whether you enter online or by mail, only one entry per person is permitted. thegolfgifts.com is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, illegible or postage due. thegolfgifts.com reserves the right to alter, cancel, or modify the rules or any of the rules set forth in the contest without any prior notice.

WINNER SELECTION

One monthly prize winner will be chosen in a random drawing from the monthly entries. All entries become the property of thegolfgifts.com and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by e-mail within seven days of the drawing.

PRIZES:

There will be one (1) monthly drawing for the monthly contest. If any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or a winner cannot accept prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from the pool of eligible entries. thegolfgifts.com may substitute prizes due to unavailability of prizes, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes will be mailed within 14 days of drawing. Winner shall have no demands, or any other requests from thegolfgifts.com other than the prize received.

Other Information:

The odds of winning the first prize will be determined by the total number of entries received. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of thegolfgifts.com, whose decisions are final. thegolfgifts.com reserves the right to alter, cancel, or modify the rules or any of the rules set forth in the contest without any prior notice.
